Shipping & Returns

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Orders over $50 ship free. For all other orders, shipping is calculated based on the weight/dimensions of your order and the destination address. You will see available shipping rates and methods during checkout.

Once your order ships, we will send you an email with tracking information. In addition, if you create an account on our website, you may login at any time to check the status of your order and view tracking information.

Returns

Unopened Products: We accept returns for unopened products within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Support team within 7 days of receiving your order for assistance.

Federal Restrictions: Due to federal regulations and concerns for product safety, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or appear to be tampered with.

Refunds

For eligible unopened products returned within the specified time frame, a refund will be processed to the original payment method, excluding shipping charges.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping charges.

Note: Returns for open or tampered bottles cannot be accepted due to federal regulations and product safety concerns.
